Rasgulla


Ingredients:

  • Milk
  • Lemon
  • Sugar

Receipe:

  1. Boil milk and curdle it using lemon or vinegar.
  2. Collect the chhena (curdled milk) and knead it smooth
  3. Shape into small balls and boil in sugar syrup.
  4. Let them soak in syrup and serve chilled.



Samosa


Ingredients:

  • Potato
  • Flour
  • Spices

Receipe:

  1. Make dough with flour and water.
  2. Boil and mash potatoes, add spices
  3. Fill dough with potato mixture and shape samosa
  4. Fry until golden brown
