Rasgulla
Ingredients:
- Milk
- Lemon
- Sugar
Receipe:
- Boil milk and curdle it using lemon or vinegar.
- Collect the chhena (curdled milk) and knead it smooth
- Shape into small balls and boil in sugar syrup.
- Let them soak in syrup and serve chilled.

Samosa
Ingredients:
- Potato
- Flour
- Spices
Receipe:
- Make dough with flour and water.
- Boil and mash potatoes, add spices
- Fill dough with potato mixture and shape samosa
- Fry until golden brown
